Cancellations
Please note that we are unable to cancel your order once your ordered products have been dispatched.
Returns
If you need to return our products aligned with this policy, please contact info@mytrichologist.com. Please include your proof of purchase (receipt) and order confirmation number. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have expired since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same, new condition. It must be stored in its original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. For any items that are not in their original condition or are damaged or if there are missing parts for reasons not by our fault/error, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically return to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, firstly please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. If you have done the above steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email at info@mytrichologist.com.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items that are on sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, first send us an email at info@mytrichologist.com. Then post your item to the given location.
Shipping
To return your product, please send us an email at info@mytrichologist.com first and then send back your item to the given location.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Reactions
We do not offer money-back guarantee on any allergic reactions or sensitivities. These are extremely rare for our customers, however some users can be allergic or sensitive to one or more ingredients. If you have sensitive skin or believe you may have allergic conditions to the the ingredients, please contact your doctor first before making any purchase.
