Domestic Shipping (Within Australia):

  • Free shipping is valid for orders over $80 within AUSTRALIA.
  • Flat rate AU $9.95 under $80 of purchase. (2-7 Business Days)

International Shipping

  • You can check your area's international shipping fee at the checkout.
  • Please don't hesitate to contact us at info@mytrichologist.com to have a quote for international shipping for your country. 

Shipping During Public Holidays

  • Shipping during public holiday periods (e.g., Christmas, New Year, etc) can cause un/expected delays. We do our best to process and ship your order ASAP, but delays in public holiday periods are unfortunately unavoidable. We really appreciate your understanding. 

Split Shipping

We are unable to split shipping to different addresses at this time.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If you do not receive your order products within an estimated day, please check the provided courier tracking number. If there are further issues, please contact us at info@mytrichologist.com with your order number. 

Please make sure that your shipping information is full and correct. We are not responsible for any problem with the wrong shipping information.

We process international shipping with a tracking code.

All orders shipped come with a tracking number or a code supplied by the provided courier.

Estimated delivery time is Product availability (in stock) + Estimated shipping time of chosen country location (Public holidays and weekends are excluded when calculating estimated delivery time). Delivery time will depend on the circumstances of each country. Import duties, and taxes charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

When we receive undeliverable shipments, we will notify customers via email to arrange for re-shipment. All re-shipment handling fees plus reshipment fees are the same as our regular shipping fees. Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment’s eligibility for free shipping. Additional courier charges for return shipping also apply.
